GRAND RE (SOFT) OPENING APRIL 3, 2012
Do you want to be in our promotional video? On the evening of April 3rd we’re opening for ONE NIGHT, introducing our NEW MENU while the FLYING T WRANGLERS entertain you. A production company will be filming for a 3 minute video- taking footage of the space, the mercantile, the chow line and the show. For this one night, we would love to have you join us to try the new menu and let us know what you think. (Constructive criticism is good, we want to offer the best quality product possible) Tickets for this night only are ONLY $10 for the supper and show. RC Chamber Biz to Biz Expo Booth
We had a great time Tues night with our booth. Larry, Greg and Si entertained the passersby, Chef Ted introduced the bison stew and wojapi (blackberry pudding), and Sharon worked her magic with the crowd. Can’t wait for this summer!

For over 30 years the Flying T Chuckwagon has been serving up some serious cowboy grub. Locals and tourists alike have delighted in the atmosphere and real west experience here in the heart of the Black Hills.From the site of the famous Western Cattle Trail, the Flying T serves up fun and food for the whole family Memorial Day weekend through Mid-September, specializing in a hearty western meal with all the trimmings. Following dinner, our own professional musicians entertain the audience with old time music including cowboy ballads, country swing, and bluegrass favorites.
